Return Journey Disrupted by Long Lines.
The hotel was fantastic, meeting all our expectations, and April is a perfect month for seniors since it’s so peaceful. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the extensive queues at Palma airport and some passengers missing their transfer bus, which held everyone up. With three TUI flights departing simultaneously alongside a cruise ship unloading its guests, I’ve never encountered such long lines in my years of travel; it really took away from an otherwise wonderful holiday.

Fantastic Stay at the Hotel
This hotel was fantastic! It was spotless and the food was top-notch. The staff were incredibly accommodating and took pride in their work. My room was spacious, cozy, and had very comfortable beds. There were plenty of activities available like table tennis, darts, a bowling alley, arcade games, shops, and of course the golf course.

Another fantastic getaway with TUI!
This was my second trip, and once again, the hotel and location were spot on as described. I had a lot of back-and-forth during the booking due to my own uncertainties, but the team on the phone was always there to assist me. There was some bouncing around between departments, but after nearly 9 months of planning, every team member I interacted with was incredibly supportive.
An enjoyable visit overall
We had a delightful time during our visit. Initially, we just wanted some basic information, but the young lady who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable and introduced us to exciting options in new destinations. When she revealed the pricing, my wife was so impressed that she decided to make a booking right away.

Our trip to Crete was absolutely amazing, all thanks to TUI! The entire experience was seamless from beginning to end. Booking was straightforward, everything ran like clockwork, and the usual holiday hassles were completely eliminated. One of the highlights for us was flying out of Exeter – big thanks to TUI for that! It made our journey to the airport just a quick 10-minute drive from home, which really set a relaxed tone for our vacation. The Island Hotel where we stayed was simply gorgeous – spacious rooms that were modern and impeccably clean with lovely decor. The hotel exuded luxury with breathtaking beach views and a friendly vibe. The staff went above and beyond for us. Our TUI representative on-site was superb and assisted us in booking some unforgettable trips. Visiting Santorini felt like a dream, while the excursion to Dia Island stood out as another memorable experience. We also enjoyed hiking in the mountains and discovering more of what Crete has to offer - highly recommend these activities! I can't praise TUI enough – they made everything so easy, from using their app for bookings to arranging excursions at our hotel. We could truly unwind and savor every moment. Thank you, TUI, for an ideal stress-free escape!
